Raspberry Breakfast Bowls

This is art in a bowl! Like making a smoothie but it so much prettier. Top this bowl with whatever you have on hand. We used fresh raspberries, granola, toasted nuts and seeds, coconut, chia, almond butter and a raspberry purée. PS: no one will know there is a hidden veggie in this either!


Serves 4





Ingredients:


2 frozen bananas

2 cups frozen raspberries

1 cup frozen cauliflower

1/2 cup almond milk

1/2 cup yogurt

2 tbsp almond butter

toppings of your choice such as nuts, granola, dollop of almond butter, chia...

Directions:


Blend all ingredients together in large blender. Pour into 4 bowls and top with your favourite things!
